IT System Administrator

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
  2. Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  3. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  4. Creating user accounts and performing access control.
  5. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
  6. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  7. Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  8. Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
  9. Supervising and mentoring IT Help desk employees, as well as providing IT support.
  10. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  11. Managing an issue tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs.

Qualifications:

Qualification & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.

Experience: 5–7 years of experience in the system administrator, preferably in construction companies.
