• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions to identify project scope,
requirements, and risks.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs against drawings, specifications and method of measurement.
• Analyze and verify BOQ items and highlight discrepancies or missing quantities.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and deadlines.
• Participate in post-tender meetings, negotiations, and clarifications with clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in quantity surveying and tendering within the construction
industry.
Additional Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, (or equivalent Quantity Surveying software).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
