Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Responsibilities:
1-Implement recruitment strategies aligned with project requirements and the needs of various departments.
2-Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle from identifying the need to onboarding.
3-Draft and publish job advertisements.
4-Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews in collaboration with relevant departments.
5-Negotiate job offers and follow up on procedures until hiring is completed.
6-Collaborate with project managers and department heads to determine precise recruitment requirements at each stage.
7-Build a strong database of qualified candidates relevant to the construction sector.
8-Utilize professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, …….
9-Analyze key recruitment performance indicators (time-to-hire, quality of hire, acceptance rate, etc.).
10-Develop and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
11-Ensure compliance with all recruitment, diversity, and legal policies and procedures.
12-Provide reports demonstrating the Talent Acquisition department’s role in recruitment and fulfilling departmental needs
Qualifications:
