Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently across projects.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines.
Implement recovery plans for delayed tasks or budget overruns.
4▪ Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors.
Ensure alignment of planning activities with contractual obligations.
Conduct regular meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and update stakeholders.
5▪ Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor a team of planning engineers and schedulers.
Provide training on best practices, software tools, and methodologies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in planning and scheduling.
6▪ Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to industry standards, contractual requirements, and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of planning and scheduling data for audits and claims.
Support claim analysis and extension-of-time (EOT) submissions when necessary.
