• Maintain a well-organized filing system for tender documents (technical, commercial, correspondence,
drawings, etc.).
• Register, track, and update all incoming and outgoing documents (RFQs, addenda, clarifications,
prequalification forms, etc.).
• Ensure all tender documents are properly formatted, reviewed, and approved before submission.
• Coordinate with Tender Engineers, Estimators, and Managers to gather and update required documentation.
• Control document revisions and ensure the latest versions are always used.
• Upload and manage files on client portals when required.
• Support the tender team in compiling final tender submissions (both soft and hard copies).
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents.
• Prepare document transmittals and submission logs for management review.
• Archive closed tenders and maintain historical records for easy retrieval.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a document controller (preferably in construction or
tendering).
• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF).
