Quantity Surveying Senior Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions to identify project scope, requirements, and risks.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs against drawings, specifications and method of measurement.
- Analyze and verify BOQ items and highlight discrepancies or missing quantities.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and deadlines.
- Participate in post-tender meetings, negotiations, and clarifications with clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in quantity surveying and tendering within the construction industry.
Additional Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, (or equivalent Quantity Surveying software).
