1▪ Design & Analysis:

Review and coordination perform detailed structural design and analysis for various

construction projects (buildings, bridges, industrial facilities, etc.).

Review and coordination advanced engineering software like AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro,

ETABS, etc., for creating structural models, calculations, and simulations.

Review and coordination designs comply with local and international building codes and

standards.

2▪ Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings:

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless

integration of structural design within the overall project.

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and other technical documentation to

ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Provide technical support during the construction phase, resolving any design issues or

challenges that arise on-site.

Prepare or oversee preparation of as-built drawings reflecting site conditions.

Submit and follow up on drawing approvals from consultants or clients.

3▪ Technical Documentation:

Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and design documents for client approval or

regulatory submission.

Maintain and organize technical records, drawings, and specifications.

5▪ Cost and Schedule Management:

Review and approve material submittals and ensure timely procurement.

Track project progress and ensure structural tasks are completed on schedule.
