The scope of work includes the construction of 94 fully finished residential buildings, 1248 apartments with a total built-up area of 124,800 m2. The scope of work includes backfilling, soil replacement, concrete, masonry, insulation, metal works, steel and wooden doors, stone and marble, plaster, painting, electrical works and mechanical works, elevators and landscape.
